Summer Olympics 2012

Workout: 1 hour of PT

I was feeling a little off this morning.  Not sick, just a little off balance maybe.  But I was ready for a hard workout with Jeff.

By the time I was done my legs & arms were shaking.  Turns out a great workout was exactly what I needed.


Not taken today, but how I felt post torture session.  🙂

I get to run 2 miles this weekend!  I’ll let you know how it goes.


Last weekend Mike & I were talking about the summer Olympics.

My favorites are gymnastics, men’s swimming, diving, volleyball, rowing and anything running.

I think Mike said he likes women’s diving <- imagine that, men’s swimming, track & field, javelin throw and the 100 yard dash. 

Are there any other Olympic nerds out there?  Only 34 more days.  Not that I’m counting or anything.



The gymnastic trials are in San Jose (about 15 mins away from me) next weekend.  I’m just a little bitter I’m not going.  Just a little.

Well, I really should be do grown up things like run errands, pay bills, laundry & deep clean our house.  But lounging on the patio with the dogs in the warm sun sounds like a much better idea.

Any fun plans for the weekend?

Mike’s working all day Saturday so we’ll see what trouble we can get into on Sunday.
