Seriously, why did I wait so long to join the foam rolling party!?
This torture device hurts so good and I like it.
After my 5 mile run last week, my left hip/IT band was a little tight. After a few rolling sessions, it completely went away. Thank goodness because we all know this girl does not need another injury.
Today the hawt girls from Tone It Up posted a tutorial on rolling & stretching.
Talk about perfect timing!

I’ve been doing strength training, foam rolling & stretching on a regular basis. Now I’m working on keeping up the momentum, the hardest part in my opinion.
