Back on track

Guy’s, I can’t even tell you how stoked I am about this week’s training. 

You all know that being active is one of my very favorite things to do.  This week was filled with a lot of walks Bam, running, cycling and strength training.

About 25 miles total!  Definitely my biggest post injury week so far. 

I also learned that it doesn’t have to be fun to be fun.

Good times.

Oh and the injury punks are finally taking a hike and allowing me to do what makes me super happy.

I’m still taking it really slow and doing lot’s of stretching and hanging out with my foam roller.  I’ll probably schedule a torture session with Jeff soon just to make sure everything’s looking good.

Anyway instead of boring you with details (read I’m too lazy to write it all out) I thought I’d share some random pictures I’ve taken these last few weeks.








I’m looking forward to a few super fun things within the next week.  I’ll make sure to fill you all in.
