Wow, you guys. Thank you so much for all of your sweet comments & support of my little blog!! I really appreciate every comment, tweet and follow. My heart is so full right now. <3

I’m wondering where fall is? It was a warm run and I stopped a few times but I did it.
Bam loves to photo bomb me. Good thing he’s cute.
Stretch->eat->shower->get dressed->prove to the world I never do my hair.
Then I ended up here.
It went a lot better than I expected.
I’m not sure if I’ve mentioned it on the blog, but I’ve always had intestinal issues.
After several visits and blood tests with my primary doc for what he thinks is IBS, and with no real solution, he decided to send me to a GI specialist.
My stomach hurts every day to some degree and all I know is dairy and apples make it worse. I usually wake up feeling great, but that changes in the late afternoon & evening.
He narrowed it down to 7 things it could be. We now have progress!
Ordered a few tests, wrote a prescription and recommended a probiotic, which pretty much gave me the license to go shopping at my favorite grocery store.
Oh and he even told me to switch to decaf coffee. I am so excited he didn’t take it away from me!! I mean come on, I’ve already given up cheese and don’t drink alcohol so there’s no way I was going to let him pry my Starbucks cup out of my hand.
In other news, pictures from the Mermaid Duathlon are up and this one’s classy.
Thanks photographer dude for catching me while I’m chugging water.
At least this one’s not half bad.
On a random note, Bam swears he did not kill his bear.
Something about “prove it.”
Your turn!
Tell me something your thankful for.
Do you like oatmeal?
It’s no my favorite, but I’m going to give it another try.
Do you cross train?
I try to cycle and strength train on a regular basis but I wish I could just run.

I hope they’re able to figure out more about your stomach issues. That’s no fun!
But at least you can still have decaf coffee!!
Your stomach issues sounds painful!
Hope this post helps to some degree… I was recently sent a book form my Mom titled “Great Taste No Pain” The author of the book suffered major stomach issues for years. The doctors would prescribe medicine and nothing worked. She finally decided to do it herself and research what was causing her stomach problems. Her bio is online. The books honestly helps!! It’s worth a try! Google her and then check out her site. I hope this helps or maybe leads you towards a better path!
I love to strength train! I hadn’t done any in over a month and was craving it so last night I ran 3 miles and then went to an awesome circuit training class.
Hope you get your stomach issues resolved…have had some myself in the past and it’s no fun at all.
Think your blog is so fun
I cross train 3-4 times a week with Chalean and I love it! It has improved my running 10-fold and my endurance for the long runs.
Oatmeal is not my favorite, at all.
