Last night after dinner Simon & Reena came over. They are so fun to hang out with and I didn’t go to bed until 1:00am and Mike woke me up around 7:30 as he was heading off to work.
Dang this grandma can’t hang. Kinda like Mike in this picture.
Anyway I made half caf coffee since the world wants to live as I’m switching over to decaf along with warm bowl of oatmeal. I’m not a huge fan of oatmeal, but my doc said it’s a good idea so I’m switching things up a bit.
On that subject, I wonder how it’s going to sit when I run? I know once you find a breakfast that sits well, ya stick with it. I guess we’ll see.

Then headed off to another torture session with Jeff. He went easy on me thank goodness because my stomach was not cooperating with me, although I started feeling a lot better on the elliptical. Let’s not tell him mmmkay.
And then oh you know, chillin’ on the 101 parking lot. Good thing I had my BFF to pull me through.
Then I had a brilliant idea!

I took Bam out to the community backyard and these dogs ran up to the gate.
Bam looked up at me walked away and refused to go back there with them. I’ve never seen him not like a dog.
But he seriously he can not stand these ones. I will say their owner is a little coo coo in the head so that prolly explains it.
It’s crazy how pets can be so opinionated and feed off their owners. I swear Bam’s the most balanced dog I’ve ever had and he still discriminates. Ha!
