I can’t say I’m surprised I live near the healthiest city.  There are ton’s of trails, the weather is pretty nice year round and I see a lot of active people when I’m out running.  There are a lot of farmers markets to choose from where the produce is really fresh & easily accessible.  I’m sure that makes it a lot easier.  Even when I didn’t live in a healthy area, I made the best of it and still rolled with my mostly healthy lifestyle.  Dinuba, I’m looking at you.

  1. Healthy city? Ha, I live in Memphis, TN. Look it up. So not healthy. But I do love my city. Words I dislike include moist and pus. So gross.

  2. I’m surprised Washington, D.C. did not make it on the list for one of the healthiest. It has previously, so I wonder what bumped it. Oh well! Sometimes they don’t consider D.C. a city and take it out of the running. Boo.

  3. I live in a fairly healthy city but it could definitely be better. I can’t think of words I hate but I do hate when words are pronounced incorrectly…like liberry instead of library.Makes my skin crawl!
