I finally have a chance to check in today. Mike & I were out exploring the town with our friends, Mike & Melissa. They came up to visit from Clovis for the day and we had so much fun, so I’ll just skip over the part where they had to leave and tell you about our day.
Our deal was they choose everything they wanted to do and we drove them around. I like these kinds of deals because I don’t have to come up with cool stuff to do.
First stop was a little Italian restaurant Melissa found online. It was tucked away on a tiny strip mall called Cucina Venti.
It was hip, classy & elegant.
The reviews and website looked amazing, which is what drew us in. Each couple ordered a different type of pizza and we all agreed they were really good. Mike & I are already plotting our return.
The girls started out with a side salad. We agreed the Italian dressing was the best I’ve ever had. Okay that doesn’t mean anything because I live in a bubble.
Does it make me weird if I said I wanted to drink it?
Okay then we won’t go there.
My Mike choose a chicken with red pepper and some other stuff. <-technical term.
M&M chose a pepperoni & sausage, which I think we all agreed was the best of the two. Don’t get me wrong, they were both really good and I’m pretty easy to please.
Melissa was a little excited about the ladies room, she demanded I snap a picture for the blog.
Bonus points, it is right across the street from our next stop. The Computer History Museum where we got our nerd on.
And a mad game of Pong ensued.
The girls negotiated a shopping trip in lieu of visiting the museum, but I’ll get to that in my next post.
Melissa reminded me of the rule I made up about everyone who comes to visit me is required to have their picture taken as they take a bite out of the cupcake at Google.
Other Google campus crashing ensued. Luckily we weren’t kicked out by the little Google rent a cops this time. Ha ha suckas!!
P.S I took this picture on my iPhone. So there…Google.
This post is getting really long and I’m beat (and apparently feisty), I’ll tell you about the rest of our adventures in the morning.
Good night friends!
Since I used up every last brain cell to write this post, I can’t think of a cool question for you, so tell me something random. Or make fun of me. You choose!

I had to jump and check your bio- I recognised google and thought ‘wait, thats Mountainview’! My brother used to work there
