My race goals for the Coyote Hills 10K
It’s here. My first race of 2013!!
You guys, I am so excited to finally be able to race again. And I’m using the term “race” very loosely because I’m not ignorant to my fitness level right now. Heck, I’m just getting back into the swing of things after the injury punks came for a visit, but that’s not going to stop me from doing what I love.

I’m not planning on running anything other than the 10K distance, but if something doesn’t feel right, I have no problem taking it easy. <-see that’s me trying to actually be a smart runner. Trying.
The weather looks great too! I just hope I don’t freeze at the start line.
Now if you’ll excuse me, I need to get my running gear ready.
