We’re going back in time, so let’s pretend today is yesterday. Got it?
Mike still wasn’t feeling 100% so he took the day off work. We took it easy and hung out around the house. That boy can’t sit still to save his life, so we ventured out for lunch. He suggested a little Philly Cheese steak shop and I said something like that’s fine, whatever I’m starving and someone’s going to get hurt if I don’t eat.
I’m not sure what it is about the day after a long run, but I am always starving. Like ‘I will poke your eyes out if you don’t feed me now’. I’m a peach.
I almost feel sorry for Mike, but he’s a big boy he can take it.
Anyway I was much better when this was placed in front of me.
After lunch we went home and picked up the Bam for a hunt walk at the park.
We can’t be friends if you didn’t guess a stop at Starbucks happened along the way. By the way that little knuckle head was pouting because we delayed his trip to the park 3.27 minutes with our stop so he ruined our family portrait.
Be berry berry quiet…I’m hunting…squirrels.
Wait, what am I looking for!?
Can’t wait till spring!

- Pro Compression came out with their new sock of the month and I am drooling over it. I’m not a huge fan of green, but dang these babies are schweet.

When does post long run or hard workout hunger set in for you?
Salty or sweet?
Hands down, salty. Chips are my fav.
Tell me something odd about yourself!
I didn’t like my husband when I met him. 10.7 years later…Ha!

That’s so funny that you didn’t like your husband when you met him! I just started reading your blog a few days ago. I’m officially in love with Bam!
Oh, an odd thing about myself…there are so many. I have a huge drawer full of running clothes, but I tend to wear the same thing over and over! (After washing, of course!)
