Hello to all of my new readers!!

Thank you all so much for stopping by.

I figured I’d tell you a little about myself and hopefully don’t scare you off.

I’m hoping you’ll do the same so I don’t feel like a turd.  Mmmkay.

Here we go…

  • I love running and probably talk about it way too much.  The more it hurts, the more I dig it.

I'm still tending to the living dead over here and since I have quite a few new readers, I thought I'd reblog this post. Please feel free to tell me a little about yourself in the comments section. I love getting to "know" my readers!

I love running too. I have a hip stress fracture right now so I can’t run :( . I’ve been married for 14 years and have 3 boys. I’m a nurse practitioner but started staying about 6 years ago. I plan to go back to work sometime this year. I just started to follow your blog through skinny runner. I have thought of starting a blog but who knows?

I love running and getting back into it and fitness after taking some time off to deal with losing my Mom in September. I have dreams of qualifying for Boston this year (so far, my best marathon time was in 2010….3:45) I teach BodyPump classes on the weekends and if I’m not teaching, working out, or stuck at work, I’m parusing awesome running blogs (LIKE YOURS) and dreaming of starting my own baking company.

Don’t let any of the sick people puke on you!! :D

    • Wow a 3:45 marathon!! What a rock star! I would totally visit your bake shop, especially if you have cupcakes. :) I run from sick people. Ha!

I have to say, I have a huge fear of puking (myself or others) as well. When one of my kids utters “stomach hurts” I start to panic. I actually spend most of the school year worried about when it might hit. I just…can’t deal with it.

    • My husband saw your comment, and laughed so hard while telling me “this is exactly you”!! Thanks for showing him I’m not the only one. :)
