You can teach an old dog new tricks

All opinions are my own, 100% honest and not influenced by Green Giant.

Bam has been a little bummed ever since he found out he’s 59 in dog years.  I mean, look at this face!  😉

So we helped cheer him up by teaching him new tricks.  Turns out our little Jack Russell has talent!!

Bam has quite a few less notable talents.

Exhibit A: Snoozing in the smallest bed he could find.  If you look closely, there’s a much more spacious bed he turned down.

Exhibit B: Sunning because he thinks his fur is “too pale”.

But he really does have some talent, we just had to help bring it out in him.  Check out the video below, just make sure to check your sound, I’m kind of loud in real life too.  Oops.

I always seem to forget to snap when I make a command.  (Mike trains him and uses that method.)  I also made sure to give Bam lot’s of love and treats after we shot that video.  I mean, that’s a lot of work for a little dog.  😉

Speaking of treats, Green Giant has a Giant Surprise: New Veggie Chips.

Green Giant sent me their new Roasted Veggie Tortilla chips and Multigrain Sweet Potato chips to try out.  While the ingredient list is a little long for my liking, I really dig the Zesty Cheddar.

Let’s be real, chips are not usually considered “healthy,” and if I’m going to run a half marathon, I want the real deal, but I like that these are made with real veggies and whole grains.  I’d say snackers can have a great tasting chip they can feel good about, all things considered.

Product Information

  1. ah I love chips! but I agree- the real thing is usually better. I’m a total popchips convert though…

bam is too cute! even for a 59-yr-old 🙂

  2. Chips are definitely better than chocolate! I’ve recently fallen in love with Pretzel Crisps. Love them!

  3. Mmmmm… definitely love the pop chips and veggie chips. Especially when I need a little bit of salt in my life, but I have to go with chocolate on this one. 🙂

I snack. Big time. And I don’t have any secret talents. At least, that I know of. Okay, I can do some twirls and inversions on a pole, but that’s it.
