How elite runners eat

Good morning friends! Since we’ve been super busy doing the moving thing, I thought it would be fun to revisit a post I did awhile back. I’m always interested in how my fellow runners fuel too, so feel free to leave your secrets in the comments.

  1. Love it – good luck with all things moving. Alcoholic beverages usually make the process much quicker (I helped my friend move this past weekend).

    Banana’s, yogurt, crackers and cheese are always on my grocery list! I order coffee seperately or that would be #1

  2. Some variations of nuts are usually on my list, plus some green veggies and fruits that we don’t have in the garden. Oh and eggs. I love eggs and go through them like crazy 🙂
