Today’s giveaway is this super cute “I Am” Butterfly Necklace from Believe I Am.

Believe I Am was created by USA Champion Lauren Fleshman and Irish Olympian Ro McGettigan to help athletes like you & I to focus on positive, empowering things and achieve your goals.  Their line is designed to serve as a visual reminder of just that!

The really neat thing about this necklace is the meaning behind it.  The body of the butterfly spells the “I” and the the wings spell “AM” – two words that have the power to change your life.  The three hearts symbolize fitness/health, courage & love.

  1. My 2014 fitness goals are mostly running related- I want to run “12 in 12”- 12 races in 12 months. I’m also looking to do some half marathons (for the first time), would love to do a Ragnar Relay (If I can find some teammates..hint hint…message me if interested…lol), and would love to start training to do a Tri- not sure if I can get one in this coming year.

  2. My fitness goals for 2014 are centered around running. I workout regularly but just started running the last 18 months. My goal is to run a half marathon and full marathon in 2014. Bring it on!

  3. I have 2 half’s to train for and my very first Full that I am going to train for!!! It will be ther KY Derby Marathon!!! You should totally come to KY and run it!! Funnest race EVEH!!

  4. My fitness goals are all running related. I’m aiming for PR’s in the 10k, half marathon, and marathon – I had a great year pushing limits and destroyed my old 5k PR this past week, and I would love to roll that over to 2014 with my longer distances!

  5. My goal is to run 2 or more half marathons. I ran my first marathon in September this year and loved it, and I was so happy with my fitness level. With or without the marathons in 2014, my goal is to always just be content with my body, something that many women struggle with when we should be appreciative of what our body’s can really do!

  6. My fitness goal is to change my body composition!! Running so much without strength training made me lose some of my hard earned muscle mass :(. My goal is to achieve 18% body fat and regain serious muscles!

  7. Three big goals I have for 2014:
*Cook more dinner meals instead of eating cereal, oatmeal, and vitatops
*Break 1:27 in the half marathon
*Break 19 minutes in the 5k!

I love their logo and what they stand for!The butterfly necklace is a great reminder!

  8. One of my goals is to continue to work out at least 4-5 days a week. Another goal is to get some longer runs in. I currently only run about 3 miles when I go out, so I would like to focus on getting in more miles. I love this necklace!!

  9. Maintain my 50# weight loss & complete at least 2 half marathons in 2104! WHOOO HOO!!

  10. What a cute necklace! My goal for 2014 is to complete my first half-marathon! I’m excited and nervous all at the same time. 🙂

  11. I am hoping to sign up for more races this coming year. Also hoping to get my husband to join me. And can’t forget the goal of working on more strength training.

  12. I want to work on bringing my per mile time down…since I am slow like molasses. I also want to try incorporating more raw foods into my diet, I’m vegan but I sometimes slack on the healthier stuff 🙂

  13. I did a great job of sticking with my fitness goals for 2013 so for 2014 I am going to up the anty. I want to train to run a half marathon and potentially a marathon by the end of the year. I would also like to continue to loose weight slowly and continue to gain muscle. My eating habits have greatly improved but there is still lots of room for growth, so I hope to continue to work on that as well.

  14. My fitness goals for 2014 include switching things up more. I tend to stick with the same routines. I also want to increase the amount of weight I use while weight training.

  15. In 2014, I want to:

-Eat clean: I eat way too many sweets/junk food right now
-Start the ‘Couch to 5k program’. I started it this year and did 2 5ks but then completely fell off the wagon. I want to be able to run again!

  16. Fitness goals for next year include running another half marathon, teaching Centergy, and continuing to strength train with lifting weights! Eating clean is always an on going goal as well.

  17. Fitness goals for the next year would be to run/walk more consistently with intent. With the job I have, I have to make it a plan and a priority to do it, so this next year, I hope to make health a priority to pursue.

  18. My fitness goals for 2014 is to decrease body fat & build lean muscle.

  19. I ran a marathon back in 2011. I have been on and off numerous injuries since. I have recently begun learning more about stability and strength training. In 2014, I want to stay focused on this strength training so I can stay injury free and begin running half and full marathons again!! I love the symbolization of this necklace!

  20. My goals for 2014 are to learn to love the track as much as I love cross country and to better balance my running with the rest of my life!

  21. My goal is to get into weight training a bit more. I’ve had hip flexor tendinitis in both hips now and am slowly getting back into running… I am a cardio junky so it’s been tough, but i’m slowly starting to enjoy it!

  22. I love that necklace! So cute and great meaning behind it! My goals for 2014 are to sign up for more half marathons and races and also to continue with my yoga practice as well. Eating clean is probably my biggest health/fitness challenge, I will be working on that as well.

  23. My fitness goal for 2013 was to exercise at least 30 minutes a day for 365 days. I have KNOCKED it out of the park! I have done something physical for at least 30 minutes each day this year and I could not be more proud of myself. I have been thinking of a new fitness goal for 2014 and I think I want to seriously start strength training and maybe amp it up a bit by finding a coach.

  24. I want to run my first 10K… And then move on to a half!!! I also want to keep eating healthy and being mindful about my overall health.

  25. My fitness goal for 2014 is to rock my 2nd marathon and to cross train 2x a week.

  26. I have two major fitness goals for the year 2014:
    1) To eat far less sugar, and less junk in general;
    2) To run my second marathon.

  27. My fitness goal is to run another full marathon. It’s been almost three years since my last one!!!

  28. My 2014 goal is getting back on the marathon bandwagon. I haven’t run one since 2010 and my running buddy and I have a June race planned.

  29. Under 2 hours in a half and then regular working out when it’s done (more then 12 /month) to build up more muscle definition!

  30. I definitely want to keep running this spring and improve my speed and distance. I would also like to figure out how to run for more than 45 minutes without getting a headache… 😛 I also hope to learn this racquetball this spring if it fits into my schedule.

  31. My goal is to continue with my 5k runs and do my first half for my 39th birthday!

  32. 2014 is going to be the year I run my first marathon! Training begins the first week of January.

  33. My goals for 2014 (OMG 2014, so unreal) are to continue to eat a (mostly) healthy diet, diversify my exercises some and to TRY really hard to cut back on salt bc i love it and add it to everything and even though right now i don’t have a BP problem, I feel like eventually I could develop one.

  34. One fitness goal is to do weekly plans that include some form of exercise at least 4 times per week. I prefer outdoor exercise but Winter is hard when it’s snowy and cold. I also have some major hiking goals to do some more summits over 10K elevation.

    Love the necklace too!

  35. Some of my fitness goal for 2014 is to lose weight and train to run a marathon.
