Better than anything I can write

A couple of you asked for a video clip of one of our afternoon drives. Ask and you shall receive. This clip is from Tuesday afternoon as we were driving from Monterey to Pacific Grove. It’s one of our favorite roads and if I had to guess we drive it at least 2-3 times a week. Mike on the other hand probably drives it 10-12 times a week for work. His life is rough. Winking smile

And a couple pics from yesterday because this is Bam’s blog, I just write it. Duh.

  1. I won’t lie. That view is pretty amazeballs. Props for the video skills as I didn’t get dizzy. Ummmm I asked for some hijinks around town with a stop at maybe the pizza joint or a real live shot of that bacon cheese burger 🙂

  2. I just came across your blog recently and read about your journey with the horrible misdiagnosis! I just want to tell you how happy I am for you that it is NOT A STRESS FRACTURE! I had one in my right ankle a couple years ago and it was the most horrible thing of my life! I love how determined you were in finding the right answers and finding a doctor that truly listened to you and took the time to really find out what was wrong! I wish you safe and happy healing! And yes–being in the water is immensely healing! If you get bored of pool running–you should try swimming laps! I actually used to teach children and adults swim lessons. If you feel uncomfortable with your strokes–maybe you could hire a private teacher–just to help you out. You’d be surprised with just a little direction and coaching–you’ll be swimming like a fish in no time! You can really get in a great full body workout that way than just pool running.

  3. Not only do you live in one of my favorite places on earth but you have an adorable dog. And just to let you know on Monday I adopted a one year old”Jack Russell-who knows what else mix” from a rescue group who was having a hard time finding a family for him. When he cam barreling into the waiting room at full speed I knew this was the dog for me. He is simply adorable, incredibly smart and has already stolen my heart. Love the little man.
