Would we still be blog friends if I told you…

Happy Saturday! I hope you have a fun weekend planned with lot’s of running and coffee of course.

I don’t like pumpkin. I know, it’s like the #1 blogger sin for someone to say that. Pumpkin spice lattes taste like butt cheese. Or at least that’s what I would imagine it would taste like.

I do like pumpkin hand soap + some candles, does that make me cool?

I think wearing jeans is a sure sign of torture. #yogapantsfolyfe

I prefer a quite evening at home with my man and a bubble bath over going out to dinner. Seriously if someone told me I could never get dressed up and go out to dinner again, I’d totally be cool with it.

I don’t like San Francisco. There, I said it. Annnnd I just heard you gasp through the internet.Winking smile I am really happy we got to check it out several times when we lived in the Bay Area, but my feelings about going back are just like the statement about going out to dinner above.

There are very few people I genuinely love. I keep my circle small and truly value my handful of friendships.

With that said, most of my friends are quite a bit older than me. It’s always been that way and I love it. They are settled, have direction in life, care about things that truly matter, and give the best life advise. You know, about stuff that really matters.

Your turn. Go ahead and spill it.

  1. Well, it would be hard to be friends with you since you don’t like pumpkin, BUT your love for yoga pants, dinner & hanging out at home with your Hus kinda make up for it. 😉

  2. I love this post! Great idea!

I really dislike wearing heels. I could honestly never wear them again and be okay with that. I feel that way for the most part about dresses also. You always have to make sure you’re not flashing anyone and it’s exhausting!

  3. I don’t like potatoes (except sweet), beef or pork and butter makes me want to vomit. Who’s Gasping now?

  4. I honestly love this. I love everything pumpkin but PSL – not my favorite. Bring me an eggnog latte though and we can be besties! Hope you are enjoying your day – thanks for the laugh (butt cheese)!

  5. I’m right there with you on the pumpkin thing – I like the Pumpkin Spice candle (Yankee) but pass on all other things pumpkin.
I’m happy to dress up about once or twice a year (fancy dress) – the rest of the time I prefer simple all the way.

  6. I love getting dressed up and going out….in fact, there are few things I love more. Awesome clothes, hair, makeup, shoes….all reasons I have a job. PSL is kinda gross….but it’s not really pumpkin. Just the spices that go in pumpkin. Real pumpkin is the best! So good for you…and if you eat an obscene quantity, you get this healthy glow and can ditch spray tan forever. I completely understand preferring to have friends that are older than you. Most of my friends and my husband are older than me….and I like it that way.

  7. I love SF, but I can totally see why it isn’t for everyone. I think cottage cheese looks gross. I love wearing workout clothes…so much more comfortable. I don’t like coffee…well have never actually tried it. The smell alone give me migraines. That one usually makes people gasp!

  8. I am with you about dinner at home! Nothing better than wearing pjs, opening a bottle of wine and cooking with my hubby and Chopper! PS – You can cross a few things off your Bucket List now!

  9. You’ve just made a new best friend! I cannot eat anything pumpkin. I’ve tried for the last three years to eat a slice of pumpkin pie AND even tried a sip of those horribly marketed PSL things, but I just can’t do it. I’m not sure if it’s the nutmeg or the pumpkin, or the combo…but UGH! I think I”m allergic to pumpkin 😉 Rant over// hahah! Ok, hold on! No love for SF? Eeek! xoxo, ganeeban

  10. Nope. I’m sorry but we have to break up. I love for fall JUST for pumpkin. This is devestating news
